This will be The Real Florists third Christmas trading in the Albury CBD but our FIRST without any restrictions!!
As you would know like us, a majority of retailers had to re-evaluate their business strategies during COVID, being that retailers could no longer rely on foot traffic in their doors, most concentrated on their online operations to keep trading.
Post COVID this is where a lot of us will continue to see our trade operate.
If COVID has taught us anything, it is that so much can still be done from the comfort of your own home, it is the new normal in these busy lives we lead. The convenience of pick up in-store or delivery rather then the slow shop around instore.
However, after the last two years of lockdowns and uncertainty people are looking to shop experiences over gifting this year and what a fabulous opportunity for your business to monetize what you do over what you sell!!
It is the perfect opportunity to bring people in to experience what you have to offer, think VIP nights, in-store demonstrations or workshops (like our Christmas Wreath Workshop) that people can gift themselves or do as a group activity with family and friends.
We want to spend time with the ones we love doing something that brings us joy.
All business' have something unique to offer, so start thinking about what makes you unique, and offer that experience to your cliental or collaborate with a neighbouring like minded business. collaboration over competition is the best way forward for everyone.
We are entertaining again, people are travelling from interstate and even overseas, so give them THE WOW FACTOR when you are welcoming them back into your homes with a beautiful florist made wreath on the door, gorgeous Christmas themed flowers down the tables or a gorgeous hamper full of locally made gifts.
