  • Am I able to visit your store?
    You sure can! Our workshop and coffee shop is at 489 Swift Street Albury, NSW. Our hours are: Tuesday to Friday – 6.30am to 2pm Saturdays – 8am-1pm
  • How can I get in contact with you?
    Email is usually the best way to reach us. Get in touch with renee@therealflorist.com.au or via the contact page on our website. You can also give us call directly on 0498 661 091.
  • What days do you offer delivery?
    We offer delivery Tuesday - Saturday and offer same day delivery on orders placed before 11am.
  • Can I request delivery at a specific time?
    Whilst we will try or best to accommodate special requests for delivery times, we are not able to guarantee an exact time frame. Our deliveries usually start after 11am every day. If the recipient won’t be home, the flowers will be left safely. If you need a delivery to be prior to a certain time, please place a comment in the ‘notes’ section during your checkout.
  • How can I edit my order?
    If you need to update or change your order after you have completed check out, you can email us at renee@therealflorist.com.au, give us a call on 0498 661 091 or submit an enquiry via the 'Contact Us' page on our website.
  • What happens if no one is home to accept the flowers?
    If no one is home when we attempt to deliver your order, our driver will leave the order in a safe place. If there doesn’t seem to be a safe place to leave your order we will hold onto it until we can get in contact with the you to organise re-delivery.
  • Can I provide delivery instructions for my flower order?
    Of course! Any additional information to assist our delivery drivers is always appreciated. You can include delivery notes, or any additional information in the customer notes section once you have added the item to your shopping cart. For example, if you need the flowers to be delivered before a specific time or to a specific location within the delivery address, please provide these instructions in the notes section. We will do our best to fulfil your requests, and ensure your flower order is delivered to the correct location and on time where possible
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We offer delivery to the Albury-Wodonga region within 20km of our store for a flat fee of $15. If your delivery location is outside of this area, we provide freight for $28 or you have the option of free in-store pickup. To ensure your order is ready for pickup, please get in touch with us prior to coming in. We strive to provide our customers with the best delivery options to suit their needs.
